Fiddlehead Scarborough

Description: An 8 week multifaceted education program focusing on the natural ecology of Maine and it’s diverse habitats.  Half of these classes will take place at Fiddlehead in Scarborough and half will meet offsite to explore local natural areas.

NOTE: Transportation to offsite locations is required. This course is split between in-classroom learning and off site investigations. Unfortunately, Fiddlehead is unable to provide transportation for students to and from these field investigation sites. We ask parents to join students for the specific off sites trips on May 2, May 16, May 30, and June 13. We encourage parents can help chaperone and learn with us during these off site visits.
Mixed age, 5 to 15 years old.
Meeting time:
Tuesdays 10am-11:30am.
Meeting Dates:

April 25th, May 2nd, May 9th, May 16th, May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th, June 13th. (8 meetings total, covering four topics).
